Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after placing the order if all items are in stock. Items will be shipped by a carrier (e.g., via USPS or UPS) selected at our discretion. However, we currently recommend our customers to expect a delivery time of 7 days for the goods to arrive from the day we ship. Most orders ship within two days (not including weekends or holidays) from the receipt of your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Pre-Order Shipments

Please note: Any pre-order containing one or multiple items will ship as items are available, for example, items in stock will ship right away and items not in stock will ship when they become available.

Cancelling Orders

We can only cancel orders within one hour of being placed.  Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order.
