Refund policy

INTERNATIONAL: 

We do not currently offer returns for products purchased outside the US due to airfreight costs. Please verify sizing before ordering. 

UNITED STATES:

We have a 30-day return policy for snowboards and tech apparel purchased on forumsnow.com from the United States. We do not offer returns for softgoods (tee shirts, long sleeve shirts, crews or hoodies). Please verify the size before ordering softgoods. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNOPENED, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Opened and used items will not be automatically authorized for return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and insurance unless stated otherwise in writing. Note that your refund will include the amount paid minus the actual costs of initially shipping the order to you.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you purchased product(s) from a retailer and need to return, check with the retailer for information on their return policy. We only return or exchange products purchased from this website, and only to the original purchaser.

Contact us to inquire about returning an OPENED item. We may accept a return of an OPENED item at our discretion, item must otherwise qualify for a return, but there will be a repackaging and restocking fee of 3%. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@forumsnow.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Forum, but only after first receiving a return authorization by email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) code and instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded or exchanged, and may be discarded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT IF THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED DAMAGED AND PROVIDE ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION AND PHOTOGRAPHS (this is so that we can manage insurance claims). Damage reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the product will be deemed to have possibly occurred during the transit. Discovery of loss or damage occurring 4 days or later after final delivery is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit, and therefore, is not covered for return or exchange. If, in our sole discretion, we determine that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide a return shipping label, and upon receipt of the return, we will issue a refund for the item.

Exchanges
We generally do not exchange products. You will be required to return an unwanted item and repurchase another. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This way the replacement can be on its way to you while we await return transit, receipt and issuance of a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less Shopify processing fees (~3%) and costs of originally shipping the item to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
